With appendicitis you would feel very ill, have a fever, possible diarrhea and vomiting. The pain would settle and be more in on the right side.
If you are concerned, even with your constipation, make an appointment as see your doctor. The doctor will examine you for any possible obstructions, and prescribe you with a prescription, or give you advice.
You can get suppository gels and also over the counter medications to loosen up the stools and help with the elimination. The suppository gels make it easier for the stools to come out.
Make sure that you eat a diet that contains fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water, 2-3 litres per day is usually recommended, more if you sweat or workout. Going for walks, moving about and exercise will also help to move the bowels.
Prunes and prune juice can help, sweet corn, cabbage, apples with skin, and oranges will all help you to get your bowels moving.
But do make an appointment with your doctor.
Best wishes.
I am pretty sure if its under your stomach area its appendix but u ight have serious apendicitis u r appendix might explde see a doctor
Your appendix may hurt initially around the belly button. But then the pain moves to the lower right quadrant. When you press on your stomach if it's constipation it will hurt when you press... if it hurts more when you let go, it's usually the appendix.
There usually is fever, chills and nausea with appendicitis - not necessarily with constipation.
But extreme constipation can also be life threatening. See a doctor. - With extreme constipation, you might start vomiting excrement!
Hope you are able to resolve this soon!
