Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Yes, low Vit B and Vit D can be the cause of your symptoms. Low Vit B causes neurological pain and low Vit D causes bone pain. Combined the two can cause over all general fatigue and low feeling. Wait for the results. If they are low then correct supplementation will help relieve the symptoms. Also get a complete profile to rule out anemia. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
You could ask to be referred to a rheumatologist, who can check you for trigger points- doctors have a minimum number of these trigger points that have to be positive for pain for them to come back with a verdict of fibromyalgia. The other stuff besides thyroid they checked- did it include checking for lupus & also for iron and ferritin levels? Low iron can cause fatigue and irregular heart rhythms & rapid heart rate. Even if your CBC is normal, low iron or ferritin (iron stores) can cause symptoms. Your pain stays in your right arm- have you had that one MRI'd?
Is your doctor treating the possible fibromyalgia? Many folks take Lyrica, Gabapentin and other meds. For many this is the right treatment. Fib. cant really be diagnosed, it is just an elimination game. Good luck
