Possable enlarged spleen , pancrisis or kidney ?

hello , ive been exsperancing some pains  right below my left rib cage at the bottem  its comes and goes and its been going on for 3 yrs now . at first i thought it was because of my fibroid tumors pushing everything upward. but since then ive had a hysterectomy and im still having those pains and all .i feel it in same spot but in my back also and on my left side. when i sit it feels worse. and ive noticed a lump or something just below my rib cage at first i was like oh its a floating rib . but i dont think that is the case . im wondering if it is possable it might be an enlarged spleen or maybe soemthing to do with my panceris . or maybe my kidney  ? all i know is its very uncomfy at times . and sometimes it stops me in my tracks . sometimes it sharp stabbing and others its a dull nagging pain . anyone else with same symptoms ? it almost feels like i wanna reach in an take what ever it is out and it would make it feel all better ! ive been to my doc and told him about it and he hasnt said anything . or even tested me  told me we will deal wit that later !

thank you , for responding . its not a big lump , its almost like one of my ribs  but small and i thought it was a ( as they put it ) a floating rib  because its located right along the base of the bottem ribs . i know when i sit  and lean towards the left  it burns also . But i will go to a gastroenterologist , i have to  take my son to one also because i think he was born with some problems , they never told me and i jsut thought he was affraid to use the bathroom because of something happing  but i dont think that is the case . he has had extreme chronic constapation and he is now 15  i took him to my family doc  in which he sent us to a ped. surgion which he didnt do anything except tell my son to keep taking stool softners . and that he would have to be taking them for the rest of his life. well i bef to differ on that one because i truly think he needs a ped. gastroenterologist . not a surgeon ! again ty for your response !

Hello,
This lump and abdominal pain can be due to a splenic lump, lump from colon or a pleural pathology. You need X-ray chest, ultrasound and maybe a CT abdomen done to confirm the diagnosis.Pls consult a gastroenterologist for that.

Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries
