For the past few weeks I've developed a problem with my feet when I sleep. Everything is fine during the day, when I'm awake. It only happens when I sleep.
I'm asleep for about an hour and a half when I'm awoken by the pain in both my feet from loss of circulation. It's not just numbness or tingly feeling, as usual with bad circulation. But its so bad it is quite painful. I get out of bed and move around, restoring circulation, and the pain goes away. So I go back to bed and fall asleep once again. And then about another hour and a half goes by, and it happens again. The whole night I'm up and down like this.
Any idea what might be causing this and how to treat it?
