Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms of dizziness, sweating and room spinning, feeling like you have to throw could be due to several causes. You need to get examined to rule out a few things such as low blood pressure, postural hypotension (fall in blood pressure, cervical spinal nerve compression, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), severe anemia, an underactive thyroid (called hypothyroidism), overactive thyroid (called hyperthyroidism), adrenal insufficiency (called Addison's disease), GERD or gastric reflux, and internal ear infections.
Other conditions to be strongly ruled out in your case could be Meniere’s disease of the ear, infection of the middle or inner ear, benign positional vertigo and benign intracranial hypertension. Hence it is important to consult an ENT specialist and a neurologist too.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!
could be vertigo form an inner ear infection
I am not a doctor but it could be a ton of things. I would highly recommend seeing your primary care physician so that they can run some tests and send you to specialists if needed. I know that i have gotten those symptoms and when your blood sugar is low i feel that way or if you are dehydrated. Again, I cannot stress enough to just take a simple visit to the doc and get a professionals input.
I have really bad allergies, atleast before I started to receive allergie shots. I used to always get the same symptons you have with out actually being sick or having the flu. The next time this happens ask the doctor if it is possible you have an inner ear infection.
