Puking Yellow Bile

Okei, so in January I got really sick and every morning that I woke up I had to run to my bathroom immediately and I puked yellow bile. Along with the bile I had other symptoms like coughing, dizzyness, disorientation, getting super cold no matter what the temperature it, fainting. When I take a shower I get dizzy and nearly collapse, and I can't sleep well, but I'm always tired. I have these nightmares so intense that I can't sleep again for fear of it happening again, and they're slowly getting worse. It's the same dream, every time. And if I lay down I get dizzy and sick and I have to sit back up. And if I close my eyes while sitting up for any reason other than blinking I see the horrible, scary visions that disappear from my mind the minute I open my eyes, and it becomes hard to breath and my heart feels light and fluttery, which makes my stomach reel. And if I stand up everything starts spinning in my head. I don't know what could be wrong with me.
Does anyone have any clue? I've been to the hospital and they ran quite a variety of tests and came up with absolutely nothing.

Hello. I'm wondering what tests have you had done? The symptoms you describe can cover anything from very minor and temporary issues like a virus, to something quite severe. It sounds like you had an infection of some sort which may have made you become anemic, affected your thyroid, or your middle ear (which would explain nausea, dizziness, and vertigo -room spinning). Have you ever been diagnosed with Meinier's disease? It affects the middle ear and causes frequent vertigo...Another thought, -any heart problems? A problem with a heart valve can cause low blood pressure when standing (thus the dizziness and near fainting) and hypoxia (low oxygenation) when laying flat (could cause the short-of-air feeling, nightmares, fluid in your lungs -shown by coughing)...Have you had any recent psychological traumas like rape, witnessed a violent death, etc.? These can cause panic attacks which cause hyperventilation episodes (which also fit what you describe.) Without exam and test results to look at it would be impossible to do anything but guess as to what is going on...I hope this helps...~MM
