Pulsing/Twitching in left calf

30 yr old female. For the past couple of weeks I've had a pulsing in my left calf.  It's been small, but always in the same spot towards the inside my calf.  I don't feel as though it's a muscle twitch because it's so small and specific.  I always notice it when I'm sitting or lying down.  I suffered a crush injury on my opposite calf and knee about 3months ago and took naproxen for approx 4 weeks.  Any ideas?

Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor so that he can listen to the calf using his  stethoscope to listen if there is a problem in there.

The doctor may also arrange for you to have a blood test called a Doppler test.

This is to examine for deep vein thrombosis.
It is always best to get it checked out to put your mind at rest and also get the appropriate medication if this is required.

Hope all goes well.

Yeah, are you tall?  I am and I get those all the time.  Usually its the signal of either too much work, or dehydration.  Eat a banana and some Gatorade then a ton of water.  If it keeps up, get a lacrosse ball and while sitting on the ground put the ball under your calf, and push you leg down on the spot.  Sometime your muscles get bunched and need some help.
