RX For Steroids (No Dx)

(What does the Forum think about steroids in the absence of diagnosis?) Benefits, Draw backs, Just afraid its a cover up and not really finding the problem.  Symptoms Back of the head numbness and tingling, facial nunbness, fatigue, arm and feet tingling, etc.

Started the Roids last night will try 4 a couple of weeks prioe to the Rhemmy visit

They are and have and cant seen to find anything thus the reason for the steroids I think, I am just concerned once they give them to me they will stop rying to find the real issue.

I think that steriods are a very risky thing to be taking without a doctor's supervision...if this is under dr supervision it may be a test of sorts to see if it affects your condition.

There are a lot of side effects though - so read up on them.

As far as the numbness and tingling - I have those - I manage them with anti-seizure meds like gabapentin. It's hard not knowing what the heck you've got and trying to manage it with drugs. I can sympathise with you there. I hope that they are doing tests to seek what is going on with you :).
