Recent onset of visual focus and mild dizzyness please help!

Recently (in the last 3 days) i have noticed a differnece in my ability to focus my eyes and mild dizzyness. I am still able to read and see everythign alright but i cant seem to look straight on and focus my vision anymore. I also have mild breathign pains but only on the deepest breaths. It is definelty not somethign that happened gradually and am fearing the worst. I am on vacatio nin Beijing and am kind of blaiming the breathign on the air quality but the vision and dizzyness scares me. I am here for 4 more days and dont know if i should rush medical attention or wait it out. I would greatly appreciate some feedback. Thanks in advance.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,

Refractory changes and changes in the power of accommodation of eyes can cause dizziness.Pls get your visual field checked from an eye specialist. Ear infections and other causes like Meniere’s disease or inner ear diseases can also lead to dizziness. If there is any ear pain or tinnitus along with then it may be the possibility.Pls get yourself evaluated for that. Also check out if there is any dehydration. Dehydration can cause electrolyte and mineral imbalance which in turn can lower the BP and hence cause dizziness.

Other causes of dizziness include hypoglycemia and orthostatic hypotension(low BP).Pls get your blood pressure and blood sugar levels evaluated. If BP is low, increase the intake of salt in your diet to a little extent.

Other causes of dizziness include sleep deprivation,TIA(transient ischemic attack),stroke, cervical spondolysis, vertebrobasilar insufficiency and CNS lesions.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep us posted on how you are doing.
