Whenever I put pressure on it , it doesnt hurt. Not heart burn. Its more of a sharp pain. Like knife poking the inside of my chest bone.it happens both, whter im full or hungry.   Happy new year!

It might be GERD, in other words Acidic reflux if you have heart burning.
Don't be horizontal or lay down after eating for 4 hours.
Also use wedge to support your head while sleeping.

Do you have any other stomach issue?

Does it happen empty stomach or right after meal?

Happy new year..

Could it be acid reflux?  Do you notice a pattern with certain foods?  Your laying flat allows the acids to flow out of your stomach and irritating tissue.  One way to check this is chew on an anti acid tablet.  If pain reduces, it means it was able to neutralize the acids.  Pay attention to foods that cause this and eliminate from diet.

Check with doctor for complete diagnosis.
