Severe headache, light headed, nausea, and hot flashes.

For the last day or two I have been having a severe headache with the following symptoms. This is the first time I have had something like this, and unfortunately I have no idea what it could be. I am around 17 and unlike google recommended, I am by no means going through menopause. On top of that, I usually get around 8 hours of sleep, but I never feel well rested. Unlike the rest of the symptoms, I have had fatigue for several months now. Not sure if these are all unrelated or if something is wrong. It would be super helpful if you could give me some suggestions as to what I might have. Thanks!
