Severe joint pain that doesnt swell

If anybody has any idea what this could be, please get in touch. 4yrs ago, I woke up, tried to get out of bed and collapsed. My ankles and wrists had just randomly packed in and left me bedbound for over 6mths. It has slowly gotten better in the fact that I can walk most of the time but I still have 24hr pain. In January this year, it moved to my pelvis and groin area too and I was paralysed again for around 3mths. I have stages of being almost fully flexible with pain to barely able to get out of bed to complete paralys. In the last 2yrs, I have been bad with fatigue too.  I used to be so hyper and active and can now do hardly anything.
Ive had xrays, bone tests, nerve tests, tissue tests, muscle tests, natural therapy, accupuncture, chinese medicine, pain injections, blood tests for over 50 things including borielose/lyme disese etc etc. Tried fluoxitine, amitriptylene, naproxen, tramadol and varois others. Tramadol helped for a few weeks then nothing.

Im really getting to the end of my tether with this. Im alone, have to work fulltime to survive, have had to train my 2 cats to help me when im paralysed and its gotten me down beyond belief.

Please, if anyone can help, I will be eternally gratefull

Lupus has been suggested by a chemist but my doc looked at me like I was mad. Endocrine hormones, no.

I'll ask about that. Thanks so much, anything at all is worth a try.

In your many tests, did they check for endocrine hormones and for lupus?
