Background Info: 16 years old, 5'4'', 103 lbs, female
I haven't committed to a strict food log, but I know that I have strange reactions immediately after eating certain foods. The range of the foods is bizarre to me: mangoes (possibly pesticides?), carrots, pizza, cereal, granola bars, and so on. Though, I suspect gluten and lactose intolerance.
My reactions always entail widespread sharp muscle pain (I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia), extreme fatigue, brain fog, depressed mood (this is very serious...). Sometimes the reactions entail tremors and abdominal pain.
I think I've always had these symptoms to an extent, but perhaps, they've worsened with academic pressures and age.
Is the solution simply pinpointing and removing certain foods from my diet or is there a name for this? Thanks :-)
