Shaking and not breathing
Today i was sitting in school and all of a sudden i started feeling very light headed and if i was about to pass out. Then my body started shaking and i couldn't breathe. I went to the nurse and i couldnt really talk that well. What happened today to me?
Could be a panic attack, but it also sounds like you may have had a seizure. There are many different types of seizures, and all the symptoms you described are things that can and do happen during a seizure. I would definitely go to the doctor about this.
