Sweat/perspiration smells like wee?
When I do gentle exercise or its a hot day, the perspiration from my arms, neck and other body parts smells very strongly of cat wee or ammonia. So much so that people around me constantly comment 'can you smell wee?' etc. Its really getting me down.
I am a 23 year old woman, vegetarian, currently taking Levothyroxine (just as background info)

All of the vegetarians that I know smell like that. It is because you don't eat meat.

Smell of ammonia can be due to protein breakdown. Cut down on protein and see. Other possibility is that you have reached a hyperthyroid state due to medication. Check for diabetes also.
