Swollen Lymph node on left side of neck

I've had a swollen lymph node on my neck for about 7 years now.  I'm a 29 year old female. I have had a constant running nose due to what I think is an allergy to dust or mold for most of my life.  I have occasional night sweats, but they seem to be related to when I'm stressed or anxious.  I have been finding calcium deposits near my wrist bones in the last year. Sometimes my left ear feels clogged and it produces yellow wax, my right ear does not. Does anyone have any advice about having a Lymph node swollen for so long? Could any of these other symptoms be related? My lypmph node is about an inch wide, firm but not hard, moves around a little and I've just recently noticed a second swollen node behind my ear.  Both are on the left side of my neck,

I think you have to get checked by a doctor as you have swollen lymph node for seven years already. The other health issues you have might be connected with each other - an EENT would be best.
