Systemic Candida Infection?

Background
Hi, my name is Dominick i'm 18, 120 pounds, and about 5 foot 9 or so, I live in Winnipeg Manitoba, currently I have no doctor but i'm looking for one. Iv been to many walk in doctors and hospitals but most just dismiss me as a sinus infection, iv had a few honest doctors tell me that i need to seek a professional but it's harder to find one than I thought.
Basically i haven't been feeling well for 3 or 4 years and no one iv been to yet can figure it out, its been a mixing and changing of symptoms over the years and last year i had surgery to remove my appendix and fix an umbilical hernia with a suture. The surgery helped with my appendix but I wish they left my hernia alone or at least had asked me first, but i guess thats why they had me sign the papers.
The current ideas floating in my head of what could be causing my symptoms are Some kind of food allergy or intolerance, like celiac disease, Some sort of parasitic infection like tape worms, Or most recently and maybe most outstanding, a systemic candida infection

My Current Symptoms
A very sensitive stomach inside and out (my cat cant even walk across my stomach)
throughout the day ill cough up this clear sticky stringy phlegm (if i can find a way to upload pictures i will)
it's very annoying and sometimes painful it feels like its sitting in my stomach and it also drips from the back of my throat from my nose and eyes into either my mouth or stomach.
I can't gain a pound for the life of me im slowly losing weight and i can see my heart beat through my upper stomach, iv been doing a plank everyday lately trying to strengthen those muscles if you think i should stop please let me know.
Usually after i eat or use the washroom or wake up my stomach will bug me the most and i can feel the phlegm or whatever it is forming almost like a fizzy soda
Sometimes it feels like somethings moving in the back of my nose and I pull these strings of phlegm from my nose and once even from my ear, (they really look like worms to me)
Every time i open my jaw past a certain point or swallow, i get a very quiet pop or crack in my ears and sometimes when I touch my left ear or around it, it will make noises from inside almost like there's a bunch of water or something but then it will go away almost instantly for a week and come back the next month for a day and so on
I heard about Systemic Candida Infection so I did the spit test and everything they said would happen if you had it, happened. I used to have so much energy now iv become a home body (not that im unhappy) im very thankful to be alive.

but

If someone can help me confirm whats going on with me, it would be greatly appreciated along with any advice on what i can do on my own while im trying to find a doctor.

thank you for reading this I hope you have a good day and enjoy it :)

Hello! Dominick. Its possible that all what you have been experiencing is a systemic candida infection like you were diagnozed of. This is a fungal infection caused by Candida albicans. It is also known as Oral thrush or Moniliasis. This fungi is normally gotten by humans when using dirty bathrooms or toilets as the fungi grows were there is moisture and dust, so check 4 dat.    Also from bad food and air.                     Now, whot you have been feeling could be a mixed infection with bacteria or virus, but most likely a bacterial complication. Well there are antibiotics that this fungi are sensitive but will advice u get to a laboratory and let them culture your phlegm, and do an Antibiogram or Antibiotic sensitivity test to know the best drug to remove them. Also try 2 see a doctor, but for the main time, try 2 clear ur air ways by damping a towel in hot water then add rob or by taking things with mentol.,  After trying this lets have a feed back on your symptoms. Have a great day.

All the phlegm that you cough up is due to post nasal drip.  This congests the sinuses, the Eustachian tube and blocks up your ears, drips down the back of your throat and into the tummy, or you try and cough it up.

The popping and squishing noise in your ear is the mucus on the inside of the ear drum.

This may be due to a viral or bacterial infection or an allergy to your surroundings, dust etc.  A bacterial infection would cause the mucus to be green.

To help with this you can buy a nasal spray from the pharmacist and also antihistamines.

The other alternative is to try and clear the congestion thereby reducing the nasal drip, by doing steam inhalations.  In a bowl pour in boiling water from a kettle.  Take care not to get scalded.  Put some Vick or Olbas oil into the bowl of hot water.  Bend your head over the bowl and cover your head and the bowl with a towel.  Breathe in the steam through your nose and out through your mouth. Do this 4 times a day for a duration of 10 minutes each time.  This will help to loosen up the congestion and relieve the pressure and popping sounds in your ear.

With regard to your tummy, this may still me sensitive from the operation that you had due to being cut.    Keep a diary and write down everything that you consume and how you feel afterwards to give you an idea of what may be causing you the internal tummy problem.

If you think that you may have worms, it would be a good idea to get your stools checked out for this.  There are different worm medications depending on what type of worm that you have, that can be purchased from the pharmacy.

As you are not gaining weight, it could be a tapeworm.  You would get this from eating undercooked meat and especially pork.

It would be a good idea to find a doctor to check you over to make sure that there is no problem with your glands or other disorder that may be causing you to lose weight - that is if you are not dieting.

Take care,
Best wishes.
