Blood pressure and blood sugar

Hello,
I’m preparing some information for a doctor’s visit and I wanted to ask in here Incase we have some people here who might know :)

Would you expect an overweight person (let’s say 45lbs) who doesn’t exercise much at all (more than public transport, never takes elevators) and has a not too awful, but nothing to be proud of, life style to have a pulse of 103/83 and Hba1c of 27mmol (range 27 - 42).

I personally would expect both these to be higher in me so I’m wondering if I should put related symptoms on the list.
