'Tickled to Death' Sensation from Movement

This is a problem I have had as far back as I can remember, and am desperate to solve as it holds me back from doing things I would enjoy. I have done my best to research it, but it is a mystery! I often get that 'tickled to death' sensation (feels like I'm being tickled to the point that my body hurts, there's that weird pain up and down my spine, and my body has to tense up and convulse to try and stop it) just from moving. I'm guaranteed to get it if I'm doing something really fast/up and down like riding a roller coaster. I get it relatively often just driving in the car, riding the bus, or horseback riding. I don't get motion sickness along with it; just the pain/'gargalesis.' I sometimes even get it just whilst walking! If anyone has heard of this, please help...

Hello~I am not familiar with this, but I am wondering, have you been tested for epilepsy, epilepsy is more than just the text book grand mal seizures, it can manifest itself in many forms, and weird sensations is certainly one of them. I would certainly ask your GP what he thinks and if there are any tests to help.

Another possibility, believe it or not, you could have some misplaced vertebrae in your spinal column, sometimes this can also cause these issues. I would suggest seeing a chiropractor, he/she will take a couple of x-rays and they will show if there are areas in your spine being "pinched" or "misplaced" If this is the case, a few adjustments might help.
