You may have an STD if you've had unprotected sex. My advice is to get to the Dr.'s ASAP or a free clinic. Don't wait
Good luck

Like Calicoday says, make an appointment to see your doctor. Do not suffer the discomfort. These may be the lubricating glands that are blocked, or blocked and infected hair follicles.
If you feel sore down there without any "spots", it is highly likely to be a fungal infection,
The doctor will not doubt examine you. Don't worry about that, I know you will fee embarrassed about it (we all do). If it is man doctor, he will have a female nurse be present when he examines you. Or you can have your mum be present in the room - they will draw a curtain so that your mum can't see our private bits.
You may need a course of antibiotics if these are caused by infection. If it is a fungal problem you will need an antifungal cream. The doctor will prescribe the appropriate medication for your.
Make sure that you wash regularly, every day and wear clean underwear. Only wear cotton underpants, the fancy manmade fabric ones will make you sweat and can cause fungal infections.
Don't use normal soap, shower gels or bubble baths to wash down below. Soap is very drying. Use soaps that have the same pH level like our skin, or soap that has no perfume. Baby washes will be fine too.
Don't wear nylon stockings or tight clothing.
If these sores are because of infected glands or hair follicles, it may help you to have salty warm baths.
The soon you get seen by the doctor, the sooner you will get better.
Best wishes.
That could be due to your underwear, sweat build up, and even diet. You can ask to make an appointment with your pediatrician and they will help you solve the issue, I know it's a slightly embarrassing question but it's really a question of would you rather be embarrassed by asking, or uncomfortable? Trust me the doctor has heard it all and then some, and out of the things you could be asking this would be a relief. but for immediate relief try looser clothing i.e. underwear. Good luck ;)
