Tremor, Sweating & Dizziness

I'm 28 years old girl
for 12year ago I suffered from severe tremor hands & sweating when I become upset
laterly symptoms involving dizziness & fatigue too
& affect on my performance
I did tests that showed I've normal heart & thyroid, & I'm not diabetic.
my sisters also have these symptoms but not prominent as I have

please HELP me
What is the diagnosis?
& how I fix it ?!

I would go to the library and get some books on developing resilience.  I am like this too depending on the circumstances.  You can lessen the symptoms if you coach yourself on how to react.

Hello!  I am so sorry to hear that you have been suffering like this for so long.  I wish I could help you with your symptons but am at a loss.  I suggest that you might get more answers by posting your question in the Undiagnosed or Neurology topics.  Don't know if you have seen a specialist, hopefully you can get referred to the right doctor.
