Also forgot to add that I felt shaky when I would walk down a hill. Can feel vibration into legs some. I don’t feel weak when I run or do squats. I able to be physical. Feels more like when I am only doing certain things.
No matter whether you have a physical cause of the vibration or it's the offshoot of your anxiety, it doesn't sound like you are taking sertraline the way it's supposed to be taken. I believe a person has to build up slowly (for like six weeks) before it is considered to reach its intended effect, and if you want to stop taking it you are also supposed to taper off for as long. It doesn't sound like it actually did much for you the way you took it, except give you a break from feeling anxious because you were taking *something.*
I'd definitely continue to try to find out what is causing the physical stuff, but I would also commit to taking the Zoloft if you are having problems with anxiety, and take it long-term for a year or so and see what it does for you. If you just can't stand the idea of committing to an SSRI for that long, try taking just Advil (one in the morning and one at night) for three weeks, and see if it has any effect. It can have a surprising effect on depression as well as physical issues.
I had many weird symptoms for 12 years and went gluten free and starting feeling better dramatically quick, apparently I’m celiac or have non celiac gluten sensitivity. This may or may not be causing your symptoms. It worked for me so I’m just trying to spread the word. I had tons of anxiety and around day 10 it lifted. Bloat, pain, inflammation gone! Nerve tingling getting better. Skin improving. If you have a sensitivity wheat can mess you up in many ways. I guess that goes for all food intolerances.
