Hi Nichita
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you have been diagnosed as lupus then yes, all your symptoms can be explained by it. Physiotherapy and exercises such as swimming and water aerobics help. Steroids and NSAIDs are the mainstay of medical treatment. Apart from fibromyalgia multiple joint pain with cold hands and finger tips is seen in hypothyroidism, low Vitamin D levels, Low Vit B12 levels, anemia, and Hasimotos thyroiditis. Gout (can sometimes cause multiple joint pain), rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, electrolyte disturbance particularly those involving calcium and magnesium, parathyroid gland problems, chondrocalcinosis and chronic fatigue syndrome can also cause multiple joint pain. Menopause is often associated with Vit D and calcium disturbances and hormonal disturbances causing multiple joint pain. Please talk to your doctor regarding these and get yourself examined accordingly.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Have you been told you have lupus? You symptoms are like mine yet not from lupus, Try to get your doctor to check for anticardiolipid antibodies, thats a fancy word for thick blood.
