Undiagnosed UTI that came from hunting trip.

Hey,

I am 22 year old male and back in this august me and my friend went to a hunting trip which lasted for 2 days. We barely slept, we drank alcohol, didn't shower and slept with the same clothes on. I was also not masturbating during that month (belief reasons). So when i get back home from the trip, the next night i had some symptoms of an infection: high fever, thick green discharge from my penis, burning sensation when urinating. Those symptoms lasted for 2 days and went away with the fever. But ever since then (half a year) i get these random discharges maybe once or twice a month(clear or white) from my penis, which usually happen after some physical stress to my body occurs, like a workout for example. Also i was VERY tired for the 2 months after i got infected, i could literally sleep 14 hours a day no problem. So i've had a few test done in the hospital: STD's(they made me do them) and something with a lab swab from sperm. They all came back negative and so far i've been using concentrated cranberry tablets as the only source of medicine and they defenitely help.

If you tested positive through a urine culture for a UTI, the doctor would normally give you antibiotics.  A UTI means they found bacteria in your pee.  So, you are self diagnosing a UTI?  I don't know what happened a half year ago but you should see your doctor for an evaluation. good luck
