Undiagnosed infection

I've had a skin infection for a month now as well as hives. First put on antibiotics but taken off after a few days and put on steriods as they believed hives were the issue and not an infection. The steriods helped the hives however the infection got worse. I'm now off the steriods after 5 day course, I have infected wounds all over my legs and arms and ear lobes, they have a yellow crust and red border, they are also very itchy. One on my arm has developed a red streak coming out of it over the last couple of hours, is this a sign it's spreading? I have seen so many doctors over the past few weeks for this issue and I feel like theirs no point in going back as no one has truly helped me. I'm only willing to go back if it's serious.

Hello~I know you said you have seen many doctors, but, have you seen a dermatologist or an allergist? I am thinking you may have some type of chemical or even food allergy. You may also have an intestinal yeast issue called "Candida" due to all the antibiotics and steroids. Here is a link to what it is: https://www.thecandidadiet.com/candida-symptoms/        I would start taking a high potency probiotic to put friendly bacteria back in your gut. Also, try to avoid all sugars, yeast, wheat and gluttons. I would ask the doctor to let you do a stool specimen as this the best way Candida can be found, also, have a food allergy/environmental allergy panel run, this is just involves a simple blood draw.
