I also suggest parasites or a big that's attached itself to her stomach or intestines. Try tests for such parasites as h pylori. Also she needs a colonscopy done to rule out something is wrong with her bowels, she could have celiacs disease or am inflammed stomach. Good luck and bed5 of wishes to your wife. I am also suffering similar problems but with other weird body pains. Xxx
I have a lot of stomach problems and even had a fundoplication to stop the reflux. (Didn't work). Anyway - I have found that Nux Vomica helps as well as Golden Seal. Taking CoQ10 helps keep my heart healthy (I am 69). Your poor wife has had so many exams (as I have) and I can imagine she is so tired of all of this. It is possible that she has parasites... Cloves and Rosemary can be used as spices in her food that help expel these critters. Even if she doesn't have parasites, the spices help stomach ache and upset. My gallbladder was taken out years ago....I find that fried foods can cause problems... they cause that "jelly" stool.
I have IBS and rapid heart rate, pain in abdomen is better after having my gallbladder out. My IBS, heart-rate problems are due to being hyperthyroid (see a endocrinologist). As for frequent bowel movements does she have nausea and or vomiting? Might be her gallbladder.
I suggest for your wife, to go see her primary doctor and discuss her symptoms and let her doctor make a referral to a specialist, who will then be able to diagnose her condition.
