Vomiting and severe abdominal pain

I’ve gone to the ER 5 times now for severe stomach pain that happens randomly. Sometimes it’ll start off with abdominal pain during a bowel movement. I know an attack is coming because during my bowel movement I will start to sweat, get the chills and look flushed. Right after that I will start to feel nauseasc vomit and dry heave for 24 hours with the most excruciating pain in my upper abdominal area . It makes me feel weak, hard to talk or even keep my eyes open. Usually after 24 hours have gone by, I’ll feel a final urge to puke and it’ll be a projectile vomit and then all of a sudden I feel relieved after my last vomit. All my test at the er (blood, urine, ct scan, ultrasound) came back normal. I’ve had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and only showed some mild inflammation. I’ve been tested for celiac and that came back negative. This has happened 4 times in the past 5 months. And twice last year. Waiting to take more tests to see what is is, has any one else experienced this??

Has any doctor suggested it's an intussesception? It's not uncommon in children, but kind of rare in adults, and because of that, can be hard for a doctor to identify and sort from other possibilities. Here's from another website talking about intussesception: "The most common symptom is abdominal pain that comes and goes. Nausea and vomiting also may occur. People sometimes have symptoms for weeks before seeking medical attention."

No he hasn’t! I’m
Going in for another follow up. I’m a marijuana user and he suggested I quit smoking to see but I’m not sure it’s that. I’ll bring intussusception to him though! Thank you!
