Weak arms, fatigue, dizziness, frequent urination, brain fog, depression

Hello. I've been dealing with some symptoms for YEARS now and I don't have any leads on what's wrong, and I'm really looking for some ideas and people with similar symptoms.
Here are all of my symptoms: fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, derealization, weak body (especially in the arms), bloating, odd breathing (like I'm hyperventilating, can't get a deep breath), stomach problems, itching, poor memory.

I've seen so many doctors and they always just tell me I'm anxious, so please don't respond saying it's just anxiety because I already see a psychiatrist and therapist and take klonopin and Xanax as needed.

I'm a 23 yo male and these symptoms just drive me ******* nuts. At times I'm so depressed and suicidal because of the way I feel and the fact that no one can really explain what's wrong with me other than "you're just anxious. Here are some pills."

I've had a bunch of medical tests--normal brain MRI, normal metabolic panel, normal thyroid and pituitary gland, stomach ct (the only thing they found were adrenal calcification but the doctors said that's nothing to worry about). Basically I've had a **** load of tests and I still don't know what's causing these symptoms. I'm kind of at my wits end and I get through every day feeling very ill and like I'm on a thin thread. I work a full time job and I'm afraid of being fired because my performance is going down the toilet.

So basically, is there anyone out there who is experiencing a similar assortment of symptoms? And ideas on what they might be?

And again, DO NOT just tell me I'm anxious. I simply refuse to ascribe these symptoms to mental health, because I've literally tried every medication over the years and have been in therapy for seven years and the only things that really help at times are benzos and some whiskey. And I feel like I'm getting WORSE over the years, so no...I don't want to talk about mental health.

I'm really looking for some help. Any people out there with ideas? I'm too young to feel like **** all the time.

I feel the same way. I have a friend that is a nutritionist and she belives I have adrenal fatigue. I will start a diet soon to see if I get better. I cannot handle this pressure on my head and neck, barely being able to lift my arms and waking up exhausted. I am 28 female. Look into the adrenal fatigue. None of my doctors agree that it could be that, but they all say I am fine and healthy... like I am making **** up.

Hello~Some of your symptoms point to Chronic Fatigue syndrome, it can mimic all sorts of diseases and make a person feel lousy. I wold think that your doctor would have had blood drawn however to see if it may one of the causes, but sometimes, they just don't think of it. Fibromyalgia, a relative of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has some of the same symptoms, the difference is you ache all over, there are 11 "trigger" points, the doctor would press these areas, and, if they hurt, and you have been experiencing pain for at least 3 months, this is the diagnosis that they may give you.

I won't say it is anxiety, you know your body, it is more than likely something organic that the doctors just haven't found yet. Maybe see a Naturopath, they go a lot deeper into the symptoms and even prescribe different tests, they also prescribe certain herbs, vitamins and minerals and diets, sometimes, things like these are all the body needs to get better.
