Abdominal pain doctor doesn't know what's wrong

Hey all I've been having abdominal pain for almost two weeks now. It hurts mostly on my upper abdomen / sides and occurs a few times throughout the day lasting anywhere from a few min to a few hours. I took a urine test and blood test doctor said everything is fine. No diabeties , normal white blood cell count , he has no diagnosis. Says if pain continues until next week go in for a CAT scan. I have no other symptoms except maybe I have been a bit thirstier. Everything else has been 100% normal. The pain is usually dull and sometimes I even feel it in my lower abdomen. What could be wrong with me? Should I be concerned?
