Weird discolouration around mouth
I am hoping I may find some answers here because I am qt my widst end..i have had weird dark brown patches that developed on my face around my mouth area in 2018. Due to this i panicked and went to get my blood work checked. That is how i discovered I had hashimotos. I have been on levo thyroxine amr my thyroid is in control but the pigmentation is not budging. I have seen 11 dermatologists one after another and no one has been able to help me. I have tried all possible creams etc ... none helped. It is not melesma either. It is starting to make me wonder if it may be another internal issue I am dealing with that has not been identified. Is anyone able to help me please? I am 28. I am thin. Indian ethnicity.
