Weird tounge

I was recently overseas which consisted of a very unhealthy diet and a lot of alcohol, i barely got any sleep and was always on the go for a total of 4 weeks. After a sexual encounter i noticed my tounge was white. I did have vaginal thrush at the time of the encounter and i believe that through sexual contact that my thrush was spread to my mouth. I have tried using nilstat, nystatin and funglin and none of them have worked. The doctor has no prescribed me flucanzole for 3 days and there is still no change. I am worried that this could be something worse .. at the back of my tounge i can somewhat scrape it off but the taste buds themselves seem to be white in appearance..
Could it be keratosis? a combination of keratosis and candida? .. or lekuoplakia ? or maybe geographic tounge? I am very worried and stressed that it will not go away.

I have attached photos below

any advice is highly appreciated thanks in advance

Doesn't necessarily look like a yeast infection from the pictures, however as Jemma said I would say get a swab taken so that you can be certain and get on the right medication if needed :). In the mean time try eating yoghurts and stay away from foods that are high in sugar.

Fungal infections can take a long time to  heal.

After a few days of finishing the course of the Fluconazole, go back to your doctor if your symptoms have not improved.

The doctor should take a swab from your mouth.  If he does not mention this, ask if this can be done.  The swab will be then sent to the lab to be analysed and any fungal or bacterial problems would be identified.  This will also help with regard to which medication you should be given if required.

Sometimes, you may need to take more than one course of the medication before symptoms improve.

A white coating on the tongue can also be from stomach problems and poor mouth hygiene.

Eating live natural yogurt will also help (if you are not lactose intolerant).

If you take antibiotics, these can bring on the fungal problems.
