Moderate Chest Pain/Arm tingling

For the past 2 months I have been having these sudden shooting pains in my upper right arm which sometimes switches between both arms, but it's mostly on the right and when it is , it's this shooting tingly feelings that shoots down my arm and down my back. Sometimes it will be alongside chest pain, sometimes it's mild and sometimes it's a little more intense ( but i think the chest pain is stress/anxiety related) I am 22 year old female no prior health disorders besides heart murmur and GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). It just freaks me out and makes me think I am going to have a heart attack or Stroke. When the chest pain occurs i can also feel the pain in my back area. It seems like my arms always seem to have a "discomfort" feeling along with a numbness that doesn't seem to go away. But it's always just one side at a time. I guess I just need some reassurance that I am not having a heart attack or nothing of that sort. I will say that my anxiety is BAD and my stress level. As I am writing this now i got this really strong tingly feeling in my upper right arm, it's just going down the arm. My whole right side has a numb/discomfort feeling right now. Mostly my arm, neck, and head at the moment. Any idea what this could be ?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for reading.

Honey I would go to the Dr. and get something for your stress, I had the same problem, always thought I was going to have a stroke which made the stress worse which made the pain worse.. I got medicine and have had no problem since. Best of luck let me know how you make out, Debbie

You might want a doctor to check out your spine to make sure nothing is amiss with that.  The tingly feeling might be muscle spasms.  Have you see a neurologist?
