I woke up this morning and I had this minor pain in my lower right abdomen (about an inch above my hip bone) It's not severe or very painful and it doesn't hurt on it's own. I feel a minor dull pain in that area (Occasionally) when i bend over or stretch. When I begin to stretch, it will have a slight pain but when I extend all the way with my arms all the way up, the pain goes away and it feels fine. When I bend over and my stomach crushes over that area, I feel the pain too, though it is only when I bend far down. I am not sure if this is what caused it, but yesterday, at basketball practice, I took a hard fall tripping over someones foot and landed on my right side, elbows, and both my knees. My body ached from than on until about 11-12 at night. The area also hurts when i press HARD and push in on that area which is about 5 inches to the right of my bellybutton. Again, the pain isn't unbearable but more like on a scale of 1-10, it would be a four or five. Pain also occurs when I cough and/or tense my stomach up (push my stomach out) I feel like I have had this type of pain before but I am not sure. It has been about 8 hours after I woke up and it has not worsened. I have no fever... I checked my temperature a few times and I got a few numbers ranging from 98.5 to 99. I have not had diarrhea or constipation or nausea or vomiting. No bloating/abdominal swelling, and I have no inability to pass gas. The pain did not start from the center or the naval. I just woke up and it was already on that area. What can this be? I am scared it may be appendicitis but I feel like it is just from my fall yesterday.
