What do my MRI Results mean. MS?

I got these results emailed to me after my MRI:

"There is a 2 mm focus of flair hyperintensity within the periventricular white matter adjacent to the anterior horn of the left lateral ventricle. Top differential considerations include sequelae of remote trauma or remote infection."

My symptoms are loss of strength in my hands arms and legs. I am 28 but I fell like I am 80 years old after walking up a short flight of stairs. I am concerned that his might be the onset of MS. The neurologist is booked till Sept!!!  Any insight into this would be helpful.

Thanks!

Excerpt from Dizziness and Balance.com - Periventricular white matter lesions (PMW)....

"Major causes of periventricular white matter (PWM) lesions include normal changes from aging (then they are called UBO's, for "unidentified bright objects), small strokes, and disorders related to multiple sclerosis (MS). PWM are also correlated with vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) deficiency."

Thanks Red_Star.  At least I have something to think about.
