Horrible shoulder pain, please help

When I am sleeping I wake up with horrible shoulder pain, my shoulders lock and my arms become very weak and I have limited range of motion. I have noticed that a lot of the time when I experience this, I wake up and I have my arms above my head. I usually have to force my arm down. My shoulder is in an unbearable amount of pain for anywhere from 15 mins to 3 or 4 hours. After the unbearable pain subsides some I have a severe burning pain deep in my shoulder (this happens in both  shoulders but usually just one at a time) this pain can last hours to days and my arm is so weak, I have very limited range of motion and I am unable to bare any weight on that arm. This problem has been occurring since 2001. I have been treated by orthopedic doctors and pain management doctors. I have been given injections in my shoulders over a dozen times. I have had several xrays, that all come back looking ok. I've had an MRI once, when the pain was fairly new, and was told I have a tear in my rotator cuff. I haven't been able to have another MRI because I have an implant in my chest (due to heart problems). Has anyone else ever experienced this and what was done, if anything, to help?? Thank you!

Hello~I would definitely see a chiropractor. It appears that you have multiple misplace vertebrae and pinched nerves, this will cause the problems you are having.  The chiropractor will take some x-rays and will be able to determine what area are being affected. A few adjustments should have you on the road to recovery.
