What is it? Hives!? Someone help please

So basically ive been having a problem that has been lasting for awhile now and so o went to the doctor. It had to do with my back skin. He said it was ring worm but looked nothing like it. So i did what he said and still nothing. So about a week later my back started to itch then all of a sudden it started to break out on my whole body. Its like a red rash that has squiggly connected circles thats pale in the middle. They are all shapes all different sizes. They can be itchy and they can be hot. I tried hydrocortisone cream and nothing. The bump on my back is still their and it has a little black thing in the middle. Well i went to the doctor again and she said it was hives and to put hydrocortisone on it and it wasnt working. It just got more irritated. Ive tored switing laundry detergents, bathing with oatmeal, baking soda.  I went back today and they said they dont know if its hives and to come back in a week! Like what is it, im getting so fusterated, im dizzy all the time, i have to energy, i feel like something is wrong. What should i do!

Hello~I would see a dermatologist, this is a doctor that specializes in skin disorders, also, if you don't get satisfaction with that, then see an allergist, sometimes food or environmental allergies can cause issues like the ones you are having.

Your doctor is using you and doesn't want to tell you the truth because she gets paid to see more patients and to see patients more times. Stop eating sweets, even artificial sweets. Then if you cheat and eat sugar or sucrose see if within minutes to hours you don't have a flare up. Learn how to take your pulse or buy a wrist blood monitor. Then eat only 1 food type at a time and keep taking your pulse after eating that food. If your pulse goes up 6 beats a minute higher than normal within the hour, you are allergic to that food type. By eliminating foods you are allergic to, most skin problems disappear. But no doctor will ever tell you this because they are in business off the sick and no food companies will tell you that their foods are processed with chemicals that make people sick because they are in business to make money selling foods people get addicted to.
