What is it?

Hi everyone
After being ill in 2011 with all sorts of symptoms and being told its stress related, idiopathic, hemiplegic migraine etc etc......
I'm having more symptoms. But different?
My leg feels like its in a constant bandage and appears to be creeping up my leg. Just coming over knee.
My balance is off, so I'm having wobbles.
I have a numb patch in groin which is worrying its a new symptom. The heat is killing me even a bath makes me feel sick.
Plus I've had a couple of sickening sensations down arms when I turn my head. Almost
Buzzing spasm. If that makes sense.
I'm fed up. Don't want to trouble doctors as I'm sick of hearing the usual "don't know " I don't know where to turn really. I don't want to be signed off work either. I nearly went mad last time.
Anyone relating to this?

The sensation down the arms when turning your head sounds like the L'Hermitte's Sign.

Causes of this sign include MS, transverse myelitis, Behçet's disease, trauma, radiation myelopathy, vitamin B12 deficiency, cervical spondylosis, disc herniation, tumour, Arnold-Chiari malformation, "discontinuation syndrome" associated with certain psychotropic medications particularly Paroxetine and Venlafaxine.
