What is something that would have symptoms of a hernia but isn't?

I have a lump on the lowest part of my stomach, right below my stomach line. I've had it for a little over a year; it started as a hard spot and has become a lump. It sometimes extends to the right and left sides as well, but is mostly in the middle. The doctors thought it was a hernia, but i had a hernia repair surgery only to find out there was no hernia. When i need to use the restroom, there is more pain, but usually it just feels uncomfortable, like there is a mass of something there that shouldn't be. It doesn't hurt more when i work out or if i eat something specific, a certain time of night or anything else; the pain and discomfort seem random to me.

Hello~I would go to a gastroenterologist, you may have a very small blockage in your intestines. Possibly an MRI would show any "masses" in that area.
