What is wrong with me? Please help!

For the past almost 3 months I've had severe abdominal bloating and discomfort. In my lower abdomen, almost like where you get menstral cramps. I feel as though I'm so bloated I look pregnant (which is not possible though). I also have no energy ever. I just do not feel myself I always feel sick and uncomfortable. I am a vegan and have been for a while. I don't know how that could have to do with it because I eat healthily and I never eat greasy bad food. I just have to know what's wrong I hate the feeling of always being uncomfortable and sick. Please help!

Hi .... its sooooo very hard to give an answer for abdominal pain over the internet... Abdominal pain can be caused by so many different Aliments....
Suggest you meet with your Doc to discuss the concern...
Could be anything from "not going to the toilet regularly" toooo a "Hernia.." etc

It could be related to a food sensitivity.  Perhaps you are using a lot of soy and have become sensitive.  Try restricting that.  Stop dairy if you use that (I don't know vegan rules).  It could be gluten, but don't stop that until you get tested for Celiac disease.  Perhaps you have yeast overload from antibiotics and/or too much sugar in the diet.

For quick relief, try a prebiotic or probiotic.  Lots of people use Align.  I use PB8.

Perhaps it's parasites.  You don't always get them from meat.  You could try a natural remedy using artemesia, walnut husk, etc.  Health food stores have them with the cleansing products.
