Could it be cancer?

My brother is 45 yrs old and a couple of months ago,  found a lum on the back of his head, near his ear.  Recently he noticed another painful lump, slightly larger than a marble, below his left collarbone.  He also has left shoulder pain.  When he presses the lump, not only does he have pain but he feels as if his arm gets numb and with pins and needles.  There is a pressure in his chest when he takes deep breaths.  Aside from all of the above, he has severe left ankle/leg pain. He is a smoker for many years.  He's afraid to see a doctor.  I'm trying to convince him to go but it's not working.  Any advice is welcomed.  Thanks.

Get an X-ray of the areas in question. Also he needs to get to a dr for he breathing with all the crap that's going around could be bronchitis, or pneumonia. If his cough is hard and wet go to emergency
Good luck
