I've come to realize that since I was little , I get dizzy and blurred vision easily . I've never been diagnosed with anything and I do not take any medication . I've just tried to ignore it as I've grown up . I can usually just handle it myself , if I start getting dizzy I try to slow down or stop whatever i'm doing and sit , and usually that helps it go away , but lately it's been bothering me and happening more frequently . I'd like to know what is causing it mainly , but i'd also like to know how to prevent it and if it's anything serious . Do I need to see my doctor or just be more cautious ? Any professional answers are helpful , thank you .
( It usually goes something like this - )
1. Im being active ( not exercising , just daily activities)
2.Dizziness hits
3. Vision blurs (to the point where I can't see)
4. I either sit down and wait for it to pass , or I faint
