Why do I have pale lips, dizziness, and high blood pressure?

I am a 19 year old female and for the past few days I have been feeling very dizzy almost like I am on a boat 24/7. Along with that my lips look very pale, they are usually rosy pink. I just do not feel myself, most of the time I feel out of it. There is a lot of pressure in my head and the back of my head/neck hurts. The past four days at random times I will have these "episodes" or "spells" where I get super dizzy, cold, pressure in my head, lips look super pale, confusion, and trouble concentrating, This is very scary and I always fear another attack in public. I am in college and do not want this to effect my classes and studying. It is very scary and I hope to get some answers soon. In addition I have a fast pulse, around 100 all the time. And my blood pressure is 134/79. Could this be a heart or a brain problem? I can't help but think there is something really wrong with me.

Please Help!!
