Why do I hurt so bad in certain places

Hi...I recently started noticing my fingers would tingle holding my phone and my yours would tingle pushing in the clutch of my car.But on top of that my hips knees and ankles hurt so bad even when I'm not standing or walking. For instance after sitting or laying down, trying to get out of my car is a struggle walking after sitting or laying down is a struggle. Hurts really bad in knees, ankles ,hips. This all just started about a week ago. I am only 45 and hardly consider my self old. I'm in great shape and not over weight. But latley all this stuff that's hurting me and keeping me from wanting to do anything because pig the constant pain makes me feel like I'm ancient. Thank you for your time.

Make an appointment to see your doctor.

Sounds like you have arthritic problems.  The doctor should do a blood test to see if you have a autoimmune disorder like rheumatoid arthritis and refer you for xrays or MRI scans to check your bones for any degeneration - osteoarthritis.

There are different types of arthritis, but these 2 are the most common ones.  The symptoms from the two are very similar.

The tingling in the fingers could be from carpal tunnel problems or from referred sensations from entrapment of nerves in the upper part of the spine.

The tingling in your feet can be referred pain from the spine.

Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor to get checked out and to rule out any infection.
