Why has my lower right abdominal pain subsided?

19 year old female.
Last Wednesday (it's Monday now) I started getting cramps. But I also got my period, and I've only had my period for about 2-3 days, I've been lightly spotting after it ended until yesterday. However, I've also noticed this pain specifically in my lower right abdomen but the pain was on and off; I had been taking Ibuprofen too though, since I just assumed it was cramps.

Two nights ago, I still felt that pain. It was a bit difficult to sleep. Yesterday, while walking the pain really bothered me. It was hard to walk properly and it affected pretty much one specific spot only and that was my lower right abdomen.

It hurt for about 5-6 hours until I took 400 mg of Ibuprofen. After that, the pain generally subsided. Today, the pain is completely gone. Should I be worried?

I've also had problems with bowel movement recently. Today, I went twice and I think I have constipation and/or diarrhea.

I haven't been throwing up, have no fever, nor do I feel nauseous.

I've also generally been exercising every other day for a few weeks, this includes exercising my abs. A few days ago, maybe it was on Thursday, the pain wasn't really there so I continued my exercise. That time, I actually dedicated a few extra time to exercising my abs. Could this be a possible contributor to the pain I felt?

Any thoughts?

Hello~Sometimes, when our bodies are not use to exercise, you will experience symptoms such as yours, I know it can also cause constipation and diarrhea. However, to be on the safe side, I would see your physician, you may be experiencing a mild form of appendicitis, you need to have that checked so it doesn't get any worse.
