any help welcomed

Hi, I have a few different things going on I am not sure if they are related or not but so far I have no answers from the doctors. I will list everything in order as they have happened.  My neck on the right side near my gland started hurting and felt enlarged the next morning I woke up with a severe headache on the right top, pain in the right side of neck and pain in right lower abdomin.  Doctor sent me for CT of abdomin ruled out appenix, a carotid ultrasound normal.  Pain continued in head and neck eased in abdomin sent me for ovary ultrasound normal, and mri/mra of head.  Possible small anyurism sent me to ER that night they did CTA came back normal.  Pain in Head has been constant for 15 days with a pulsations in the same spot.  Pain in neck comes and goes for the same amount of time it has moved down near my collar bone or just below it, hurts when I breath in. No pain in abdomin.   5 days ago my right ear started hurting so bad it felt like an ice pic stabbing doctor ruled out ear infection.  Yesterday my salivary gland started working double time as if I were eating a lemon.  I have seen a neurologist, neurosurgeon, and my primary.  Today is the 1st day I haven't had any lasting head pain.  My lower right abdomin has stabbing pain and I have a dull ache that gets worse then eases in my upper left abdomin and still the neck pain.  If anyone can shed some light on what might be going on please let me know.
Thx

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
The two pains may not be related unless you have caught flu. Your symptoms can be due to sinusitis. Your reports will confirm that. The other possibilities are cervical nerve not compression, internal ear problems, dental caries, temporal arteritis, migraine, tension headaches and high blood pressure.
Stomach flu, parasites in the gut, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, IBS, celiac disease etc should all be investigated for.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Maybe you can seek another opinion. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Sorry about your pain.  I can only coment on the head, neck and so forth.  Have you gone to the dentist to rule out tmj?  As far as the abdominal stuff it might not be related.  Please if all the test came back ok try the dental route.
