my whole body aches, have chest pains and a bad headache. can you tell me what's going on with me?
hi there, I have all the same problems and I couldnt figure out why i always felt like that. Mine is all from stress, I seen the doc and he told me that stress can do all that to a person. hopefully u feel better soon :)

Unexplained aches and pains could be due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, anemia, liver disorders, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Vit B12 or Vit D deficiency and due to calcium or magnesium deficiency. This needs a comprehensive investigation. Consult a doctor please. Take care!
