body itching, stomach noises with constipation and difficulty with sleep

About 6 weeks back I started itching all over my body, mild but persistent, Noticed a groin rash but no fever
Also had a change in bowel habit, feeling constipated with lots of audible noise in my stomach, no vomiting or diarrhea.
My sleep pattern became disorganized with frequent awakening and difficulty going back to sleep.
About 2 weeks now I noticed oral thrush which prompted my getting tested for HIV. Test came back negative.
Please help I'm losing my mind

It could be several things, including yeast overgrowth or Celiac disease.  If treating for yeast overgrowth doesn't bring relief, get tested for Celiac.  They have blood tests.

To treat yeast, stop eating sugar and sweets, breads  Take probiotic.  Take garlic, oregano oil.  Bathe with tea tree oil soap.  Wash sheets, underwear, socks in hot water with baking soda.
Use tea tree oil toothpaste.

Thanks for the advice I will give it a try. I really do hope its just yeast overgrowth. Here I am thinking of a weird new bug.
I should also mention I had unprotected sex with my ex girlfriend couple of months back
