A circle of lumps could be a ringworm infection . this is very common and easy to treat infection passed on from farm animals. The lump under your arm is prob lymph nodes . These make and store white cells to fight any foreign bodies including infections such as cold virus. See your DR just to be sure

you need to go to a doctor this is not normal.  it could be nothing but it could be serious.  please go and have this checked. if you don't have a doctor go to the hospital or a clinic.  good luck. mandy876

Is it possible that you have been bitten by spiders?  Or other bugs?  I had a friend who had ticks living under her scalp... Please see a doctor soon.  Some of the ticks came out when we applied alcohol to her scalp.  - I hope it's just bug bites ... and that you can take care of it by vacuuming your bed and washing the bedding.  Also spray all around the windows and floor around your bed. -  Maybe the doctor will prescribe some special shampoo that will help you.

You should see a doctor.  It's difficult to make any guesses based on your description--it's a bit confusing--but there are so many different causes of lumps that I don't think we'd be able to help you much anyway.  Since they're hurting, and getting bigger, you should go see a doctor about it.
