Definitely sounds like neuropathy to me, too. There are different types and from what I've read, it is very common for those nerve tests and B12 to come back normal. Maybe see a different neurologist, if this one is not receptive to looking into your problem further. A lot of things can cause neuropathies other than diabetes. I have small fiber neuropathy as a result of bactrim. I would want more tests to be done, because, if possible, they might find the underlying problem and treat that. There are also creams and medication that can be prescribed to help with the pain.
Best of luck to you.
Have they checked u for Neropothy that is what it sounds like my father has this and the symptoms you are talking about and I am sorry to say that this is a mean nasty thing to have so I pray for u that this is not what it is but have your DR. check for this ...I am sorry if this upset you but I would what to know what is going on with my body .. Hopefull this is not what you have and you get better..
no I am not diabetic. Doubt if it is a shoe problem . I started taking B-12 and a B complex today althougth the neurologist said my levels were normal. I am desperate and decided to try this. Will let you know if it helps.
Thanks for your response!
Are you diabetic as feet problems can arise with this , one other point it happened to me a couple of years back , feet burning and it was my shoes, I had started wearing plastic flip flops in the garden.
