cant take it any more

For the past 2 months I have been having a lot of gas, stomech pain, nausea, increased amount of floaters in my vision,  increased heart rate, fatigue, head aches, off and on dry cough and bouts of joint and muscle pain.  My appetite has changed a lot and some times every thing between my chest and hips will hurt like somethings eating away at my Intestines.   At times it feels like parts of my head are throbbing. One day i woke up and my heart was POUNDING.  All of this has been worsening expect for my heart rate and which has improved in severalty but is getting more often.

I've had several blood and urine tests, a hand full of EKGS, 2 cat scans of my chest and a ultra sound of my kidneys, gallbladder and everything near them.  One urine test showed a increased amount of white blood cells and the last EKG showed signs of a slightly enlarge something i forgot what they said. They haven't found any thing that wrong with me but i can sense some thing  very wrong is going on.

I take Yasmin and Before all this started i had bad breast tenderness and pain out of the blue which has never happened.

I have type 2 diabetes, PCOS and hypertension,  am taking meds for all of them and am a young person ( almost 20 ).

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
I read through your post very carefully and based on that I feel that you are possibly suffering from Celiac Disease/Ulcerative Colitis/Irritable Bowel Syndrome. All these result in tender abdomen, loose stool or loose stools alternating with constipation, abdominal distention, cramps etc. Please refer http***en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coeliac_disease http***en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulcerative_colitis

Shortness of breath and fast heart rate could be due to anemia. Joint and muscle pains can be due to vitamin deficiencies. I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system). Maybe your physician can recommend someone.

It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. Please discuss this with your doctor (preferably a gastroenterologist) and get yourself investigated accordingly. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
